Limp Bizkit's Wes Borland Once Again Tells Trump Supporters To Unfollow Him On Social Media: "Never Contact Me Again"

Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland made some ripples on social media this week, recently sharing an image on his Instagram story with the following caption condemning supporters of current U.S. President Donald J. Trump:

“If any of my followers voted of support Trump or are still friends with anyone who supports the Trump administration you’re out. F*ck You. Never contact me again.”

That post gained traction across various sites, including Reddit and more. Borland‘s condemnation of Trump is by no means a new development. Back in 2016, the eccentric guitarist previously made a similar plea to Trump supporters, while also posting a searing rant targeting the then Presidential hopeful.

Borland‘s latest post however caught the attention of a fellow opponent of many things Trump: Rage Against Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello. The later politically-oriented Rock & Roll Hall Of Famer chimed in with the following Limp Bizkit lyrical reference on a screencapped post of Borland‘s plea on X.

While Rage Against The Machine were a key early influence on Limp Bizkit, and have frequently been covered live by the nü-metal kingpins, relations between select members of the two outfits have been frigid at best. Back in 2016, Rage Against The Machine bassist Tim Commerford took a direct shot at Limp Bizkit, stating:

“I do apologize for Limp Bizkit, I really do. I feel really bad that we inspired such b*llshit. They’re gone, though. That’s the beautiful thing. There’s only one left, and that’s Rage, and as far as I’m concerned, we’re the only one that matters.”

While Commerford‘s words ring with a bit of irony given the way things have played out in the years since, his apparent feud with Limp Bizkit dates back decades to his infamous MTV VMAs protest during Limp Bizkit‘s acceptance speech.
