Cody Perez, vocalist of masked industrial nü-metal outfit, has called out former Mushroomhead programmer, percussionist, etc. Rick “St1tch” Thomas after the latter responded to a post on the band’s latest music video “Time Bomb“. Thomas responded with a laughing emoji on a social media post announcing the video, leading to Perez to call him out as follows:
“When we did the Mushroomhead tour, this guy hated us so much he went as far as talk trash about us the whole tour and then went on an interview a fan tagged us to further talk shit about us. It’s funny he has some sort of beef against us for no reason other than we wear masks. This clown was the lackey for Skinny for many years. We must have made some sort of lasting impression on him if he still remembers us and he’s laughing at a post we got on a media site. Honestly, the puppet-like mask suits him perfectly. Fuck this guy!”
Amerakin Overdose opened Mushroomhead‘s ‘The Devils Be Damned Tour‘ back in 2015 with Mortiis, September Mourning and Unsaid Fate also on the bill.
