Carrion Vael‘s latest album focusing on the lives and victims of various serial killers, “Slay Utterly“, is now officially released. The technical death metal outfit paired this fifth studio album with the debut of a music video for their latest single from it, “Truth Or Consequences“. Touching on the inspiration for this song, the band shared:
“Certain horrors can resonate for years after the fact, leaving a psychological footprint that transcends time, echoing in the minds of each new generation. David Parker Ray’s toy box defines this sort of horror, and when writing ‘Truth or Consequences‘, we hoped to merge these unimaginable horrors, with a form of musical brutality that resonates the concept. Leaving the listener with a chilling reminder of what can lurk in the depths of human depravity.”
