With Avenged Sevenfold having had to postpone their South American touring plans, tour openers Mr. Bungle have been forced to follow suit. Yesterday, September 26th, Avenged Sevenfold vocalist M. Shadows announced the band would be pushing back their immediate live plans to early 2026 due to him suffering a vocal fold hematoma.
Mr. Bungle intend to be a part of that trek when it is eventually rescheduled, issuing the following statement of their own yesterday:
“Hey friends,
As many of you may have heard, our friends Avenged Sevenfold have had to postpone their tour due to health issues. We were scheduled to join them on several dates across Latin America, and unfortunately, this means we must also cancel our September/October shows in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Mexico.
We’re truly sorry to everyone who bought tickets and made plans to spend time with us. Our South American fans have always shown us so much love, and it hurts not to be there with you right now.
We are already working with Avenged to try and reschedule these shows, and we promise to be back as soon as possible with something special just for you.
