Iowan masked metal outfit Slipknot have put up a demo version of their track “Me Inside“. This early stab at that track is part of the upcoming extensive 25th anniversary edition the band have prepared for their 2x multi-platinum certified 1999 self-titled debut album. That deluxe box set will be out next week, with a September 05th release date planned.
That commemorative edition of the landmark album arrives after the band’s extensive touring in celebration of that milestone last year. That run found the band paying homage to their red jumpsuits and masks of old with faithfully updated recreations, while playing sets heavy on tracks from that pivotal record.
