British ‘nü-hardcore’ outfit Bodyweb have found a label home with Flatspot Records and are gearing up to have their new EP, “deadwired“, released on September 05th. A video for the song “deadwire” was shot with director Martina Pastori and is available now.
Higher Power, etc. guitarist Louis Hardy, Pest Control drummer Ben Jones are among the group’s roster, which also boasts pq (Nihiloxica), Luke Thompson (Stiff Meds), Tom Hobson (Dai Tan Films) and Naomi Macleod (Empire State Bastard).
Hardy opined of this new song:
“It’s about fading relationships, cutting people off, and seeking truth in a world of lies. Life is full of suffering, but being entirely blameless for your own suffering is a surefire way to becoming disconnected from your own soul. It’s important to have faith in something.”
