Orthodox‘s new single “Keep Your Blessings” was shared with the world today, May 07th. The Nashville, TN-based nü-metalcore band filmed a video for that track with director Errick Easterday (Gates To Hell, Undeath). Drummer Mike White, who took a direct involvement with the clip, had the following to say about it:
“‘Keep Your Blessings‘ has been one of my favorites since beginning the demo process for ‘A Door Left Open’. The song has a lot of interesting elements that really complement the video itself. The video grew from an early cover art concept: a car full of photos and things stolen from homes. This quickly evolved into a full story of a man who has lost the ability to do what he loves most due to old age. Errick Easterday was thankfully super interested in the concept and it evolved from there.”
With their new album “A Door Left Open” headed for a June 06th release date, the group will hit the road for the below headline tour a few weeks afterward. They do have a pair of shows booked in the interim however, here’s their immediate live plans:
