The title track to Gruesome‘s forthcoming album “Silent Echoes” received its online premiere this morning, May 06th. That new full-length represents the band’s first in seven years and is on course for a June 06th release date through Relapse Records. Briefly speaking on this latest single from it, the band offered:
“This tune should give you a good sense of what we’re doing in this new era of the band – it’s melodic, musical, heavy and dynamic – while still keeping the DEATH in Death Metal at the heart of things. It’s a journey both forward and inward, and I hope you enjoy the ride!”
If you didn’t clock the above reference, the album “Silent Echoes” was once again written and recorded in tribute to Death, this time honoring the progressive death metal outfit’s 1991 outing “Human“.
