Nü-gazer Wisp will be catching a big break later this year, having been tapped to open System Of A Down‘s string of North American shows with Deftones, Avenged Sevenfold and more. A video for the song was co-directed by Rudy Grazziani and Valeriya Dyatko and is available for viewing below. Meanwhile, Wisp said of this track:
“‘Sword‘ represents the shame and confusion people feel when loved ones hide them from the world. It’s about not having a chance to shine because your partner keeps you in the dark.”
Wisp‘s debut album is reportedly in the works, though there’s been no word on release plans just yet.
