Dax Riggs, frontman of returning sludge metal band Acid Bath, is streaming one final advance single from his first new solo album in 15 years, “7 Songs For Spiders“. “sunshine felt the darkness smile” has just gone up online, with Riggs providing the following commentary on it:
“Like a roller coaster ride in the dark. A meditation on the shadow of the oak tree. Where the comedy and tragedy masks catch our gaze and ask: who are you looking at?”
“7 Songs For Spiders” will be arriving this Friday, January 24th. Outside of his upcoming live activities with Acid Bath, Riggs has also announced a February 22nd show at the Warehouse 535 in Lafayette, LA.
