Falling In Reverse have newly announced the postponement of their planned UK tour this month, citing visa issues in relation to vocalist Ronnie Radke‘s criminal past. A statement issued via the band’s social media today, December 03rd, reads:

“We regret to announce that the home office has denied Ronnie‘s visa application for the remaining 2024 UK shows. (4 Dec – 16 Dec)

The UK is currently refusing entry to visa applicants who served more than 12 months prison time, as Ronnie did in 2008.

Therefore, we will not be able to come to the UK this month to perform the shows we were greatly looking forward to.

We will be postponing the shows to next year while we continue to work thru this issue legally to obtain the necessary visa.

We will keep you posted as we know more. For anyone who cannot attend the new dates, refunds are available at point of purchase.

Thanks everyone for your support and we hope to see you next year.”

Back in 2006, Radke was involved in a fatal brawl that claimed the life of one of the participants. Radke pled guilty to battery with substantial bodily harm for his involvement in the fight, and his possession of brass knuckles during the incident.

In addition to being ordered to pay roughly $92,000 in restitution to the family of the man who was murdered, Radke was also sentenced to five years of probation. Upon breaking that probation, Radke was then sentenced to serve two and a half years in prison.

These newly shelved shows follow a string of 5 cancelled stops on the European leg of the trek. As fan frustrations mounted over the growing wave of scrapped shows, so to has the ire of Radke, who recently unloaded on a fan for asking why the band’s Vienna, Austria date was scrapped.

It would seem his heated response cost his band a spot on an Austrian festival next summer, as Radke appears to have been been beefing with said festival as of late.
