Incubus Are "Rounding The Corner" On Finishing Up Their New Album

Despite a fair chunk of 2024 being awash in nostalgia, multi-platinum alternative rockers Incubus have new material on the horizon. This year saw the Californian outfit release a re-recorded version of their 2001 album “Morning View” and play various shows celebrating it. While that trend will continue into 2025, work is also winding down on the follow-up to their latest album, 2017’s “8“.

Speaking briefly yesterday, November 17th, on the status of that ninth full-length album from the band, singer Brandon Boyd stated:

“Our band @incubusofficial as seen through the lens of @jakechams . We are rounding the corner on finishing this newest studio album and what a time it has been. We’re thrilled to share this piece of work with you. #incubus”

Boyd has also shared the below gallery of photos from the sessions. This record will be the group’s first all-new offering to feature their latest addition in bassist Nicole Row, who replaced Ben Kenney earlier this year. Incubus‘ 2025 live appearances thus far are set to unfold as follows:
