Ozzy Osbourne has apologized to Britney Spears in the wake of a fiery response from the pop star. Osbourne and several members of his family drew the ire of Spears during an episode of their ‘The Osbournes‘ podcast earlier this month. Ozzy complained that he was tired of seeing clips of Spears‘ dancing on YouTube “every fucking day”, describing it as being “sad, very, very sad.”
Other members of the Osbourne family chimed in, with Kelly stating, “I feel so sorry for her,” while Sharon described the situation as being “heartbreaking.” Whether or not the rest of the Osbourne clan were discussing Spears‘ dancing or the continued concerns over Spears‘ mental health was not entirely clear.
Regardless, Spears fired back on July 17th, stating on social media, “…tell the Osbourne family who is the most boring family known to mankind to kindly fuck off !!!”
In a newly posted episode of ‘The Osbournes‘ podcast, Ozzy himself apologized to Spears for his comments, offering:
“Britney, I really owe you an apology. I’m so sorry for making that comment. However, it would be better if you didn’t do the same fucking dance every day. Change a few movements…”
While Kelly and Sharon went on to share their admiration for Spears, Ozzy added: “I love Britney Spears, but it’s the same dance every day!”
Kelly went on to quip: “No, sometimes she has knives.” Ozzy added: “I really do apologize. I love you and I think you’re beautiful.” Jack then replied “But mix it up.”
