OsamaSon's "Flex Musix (FLXTRA)" & Iron Maiden's "Powerslave"

Rapper OsamaSon Claims To Be Facing A Plagiarism Lawsuit From Iron Maiden

A rapper by the name of OsamaSon has claimed he is currently facing a plagiarism lawsuit from British heavy metal legends Iron Maiden. In what appears to be a fairly clear-cut case, OsamaSon‘s deluxe edition of his “Flex Musix” mixtape, “Flex Musix (FLXTRA)“, sports a lightly altered version of Iron Maiden‘s mascot Eddie and accompanying lightning bolts, as featured on their platinum-certified 1984 album “Powerslave“. In response to the alleged suit, OsamaSon claims to have pulled the artwork for the release.

As of press time, OsamaSon is just shy of 500k monthly listeners on Spotify. The offending cover art for “Flex Musix (FLXTRA)“, which was released this past February, also remains in place across leading digital service providers.
