Sons Of Alpha Centauri (Far/Will Haven) Announce New Album “Pull”

Sons Of Alpha Centauri are preparing to release their fourth studio album, “Pull” on March 28th. That previously instrumental group welcomed vocalist Jonah Matranga (Far, Gratitude, etc.) into their ranks back in 2021. Will Haven drummer Mitch Wheeler also joined the fold at that time and remains behind the kit for this new opus, which will arrive through Exile On Mainstream Records. Guitarist Marlon King and bassist Nick Hannon complete the band’s lineup.

Hannon commented:

“We didn’t know if ‘Push‘ was going to be a one-off, but everyone involved loved what we did and thought we could collectively drive the sound even further, so ‘Pull‘ is an even more intense and emotionally direct performance from all of us. When Jonah returned to the studio he came with an ignited fire of passion and emotional intensity. Whereas ‘Push‘ focused on distress, distance, and separation, ‘Pull‘ is more cerebral and dreamlike. We’ve worked to create songs that everyone can engage with but with themes that are distant and eclectic. Immerse yourself!”

The band once again worked with Lance Jackman (currently of Deftones) behind the boards on this new outing, with Joe Johnston also taking part. Dan Lucas returned to mix and master it, while Nick Zampiello was also once again tapped to (Cave In, Converge) master it.

Separate vinyl pre-order options are available through and Bandcamp.
