Settlement Reached In Megadeth’s “The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!” Cover Art Lawsuit

Megadeth have reached a settlement with artist Brent Elliot White. This past February it was announced that White had launched suit against the band, Universal Music Group and more, alleging that he had not been paid/credited for his work on the cover of the the thrash metal band’s latest album, “The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!“.

The Hollywood Reporter have now published a report revealing that the involved parties have reached a settlement. White‘s attorney Matthew Cave told The Hollywood Reporter that, ‘the matter has been resolved amicably.”
