Chicago hardcore band Buggin have served up another track from their debut full-length album, “Concrete Cowboys“. The song “Not Yours” has arrived as the second single from the release, with vocalist Bryanna Bennett having the following to say about the song’s lyrical inspiration:
“A more personal one about dealing with the tokenization of being seen as a girl in hardcore. I’m non-binary and I hate being thrown in ‘female fronted’ categories. We just want to rock without people making it weird or only liking us for that reason.”
“Concrete Cowboys” will be out on June 02nd through Flatspot Records.
