Cave In Release Documentary On Their Early Work With Vocalist Dave Scrod

0

While it may seem a bit weird to think about now, there was a time when transcendent metalcore outfit Cave In wasn’t fronted by Stephen Brodsky and the late great Caleb Scofield. Jay Frechette and Dave Scrod both spent time behind the mic for the band in the outfit’s formative years, and Scrod recently looked back on that, along with various others involved with the band at the time.

That retrospective was spurred by last month’s deluxe re-release of Cave In‘s seminal 1998 debut album “Until Your Heart Stops“, which was bolstered with dozens of bonus tracks. Several of the early demos from that record with Scrod‘s performances were included upon that deluxe set, which you can check out here.

You can also take in a recent documentary centered around the album itself here.
