With their first live show since 2017 booked for later this year, Michigan-based nü-metal/alternative metal outfit Taproot recently announced their upcoming “Best Of Besides” compilation album. That effort aims to distill the sprawling 130 demos, outtakes, b-sides and more that appeared on their past “Besides” release into a more digestible collection of 18-tracks.
The group sought out fan input across their social media over the past weekend to help shape the track listing, and have since decided on the below running order:

A CD release is planned for April 30th with a deluxe 2xLP vinyl pressing slated for September 30th. Pre-orders for the collection can be found at taprootmerch.com. As for the show mentioned above, the group will be playing this year’s ‘Blue Ridge Rock Festival‘ in Alton, VA. That festival is booked to run from September 07th-10th.
