The surviving members of legendary grunge oufit Nirvana‘s classic lineup (Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic & Pat Smear) were in attendance to receive a lifetime achievement award at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles, CA last night, February 04th.
The Recording Academy were handing out the distinctions ahead of tonight’s GRAMMY festivities, with Ann and Nancy Wilson of hard rockers Heart, rapper Slick Rick, funk/rock legend Nile Rodgers, blues legend Ma Rainey and folk/jazz vocalist Bobby McFerrin also being honored with lifetime achievement awards at the event.
