Cradle Of Filth frontman Dani Filth has long teased plans to collaborate with multi-platinum singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. Judging by the below post shared to Filth‘s Instagram earlier today (December 22nd), it would seem those plans recently came to fruition. That post finds Filth and producer Scott Atkins (Vader, Venom Prison) breaking bread with Sheeran.
According to Filth, the trio had “just done something fun.” Speaking with Knotfest this past August, Filth commented of the progress on the track at the time:
“[Ed’s] done some of it, but then he had a baby, and then he got obviously sidetracked with that and doing whatever Ed does, which is play massive shows around the globe. He’s not at our beck and call. But he is gonna finish it, he assures me. Actually, I spoke to him quite recently.”
