Brazilian thrash metal legends Sepultura sure are getting around these days. This past Sunday, December 11th saw the group’s vocalist Derrick Green and guitarist Andreas Kisser join Mr. Bungle onstage for a live collaborative performance of the Sepultura staple “Territory“. The two bands were in town that night for their respective performances at this year’s ‘Knotfest Chile‘ in Santiago, Chile.
Now comes word that Sepultura were joined onstage by Pantera, etc. vocalist Phil Anselmo last night (December 12th) during their opening set for the aforementioned Texan groove metal outfit in Santiago. Anselmo joined in for a live performance of Sepultura‘s title track to their 1991 album “Arise“.
