Vented (Dååth, ex-Chimaira, etc.) Debut New Song “Vitriolic”

A new song titled “Vitriolic” has emerged online from Vented. The band’s vocalist Sean Zatorsky (Dååth, ex-Chimaira, etc.) shared his thoughts on the track, stating:

“This is by far one of my favorite songs from the record. It’s about a hatred for someone, or something, that lives within the depths of your soul. Nothing says hate like spewing, seething, vitriol!”

A December 16th release date currently stands for the group’s debut album “Cruelty And Corruption” via Records. In addition to Zatorsky, the band also feature drummer Austin D’Amond (DevilDriver, Bleed The Sky, ex-Chimaira), guitarist/bassist Gergo Hajer (Omega Diatribte) and keyboardist/sampler Simon C. Bondar (White Tiger).

Hajer added of the track:

“Basically, the songwriting for the whole record was quite instinctive, but the this song came together super quickly. When we finished the pre-production for this song, we asked each other: ‘Dude, isn’t this like a hidden Slipknot track from their first two records?’. Then Joey Jordison joined Vented… The rest is history.”
