311 bassist Aaron “P-Nut” Wills has reconsidered his plans to take a hiatus from the multi-platinum rap rock outfit. In May of this year, P-Nut revealed he had planned to take some time off from the band, tweeting:
“I’m planning on taking a break from the band after I fulfill my obligations, which is up to next year and slightly beyond I believe”

His statement closely followed some noted controversy within the band’s lineup, in particular over conspiracy theory beliefs expressed by band drummer Chad Sexton at the time.
Yesterday (November 30th) saw P-Nut reveal that he will no longer be taking a hiatus, sharing the following on social media in regards to that:
Hiatus avoided: with family, friends, and fans reminding me why I do what I do and sitting down with the band and speaking honestly has made me feel much better about moving forward with 311. Forgive my drama, I am human, and I’ll be here awhile 💜🥜
