An apparent police report obtained by TMZ on the matter alleges that Carey had been involved in a physical altercation with the other person, shoving them in the chest and repeatedly yelling “you’re a f**cking f***got” at them.

According to TMZ, Carey‘s altercation allegedly took place with a security officer at the airport. He could face a fine up to $13,900 for the incident. Video footage of the arrest has also been shared online below:

It’s being reported that Tool drummer Danny Carey was arrested for misdemeanor assault this past weekend. TMZ report that Carey was among two men involved in an alleged altercation at an airport in Kansas City, MO yesterday, December 12th. He has since been released from custody and was booked for misdemeanor assault in relation to that disturbance. His mug shot for the booking can be found over at TMZ.
A day prior Carey was seen performing live at the Missouri Tigers and Kansas Jayhawks NCAA men’s basketball game at the Allen Fieldhouse in Lawrence, KS. Footage of that can be found here.
