Megadeth’s Dave Mustaine Shares First Tease Of Their New Mystery Bassist


Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine shared an obscured glimpse of their current mystery bassist during a recent Cameo appearance. If you’re unaware, Mustaine recently joined that video service, bumping up the price of his videos several times over the course of a week or two to $350 a pop. As Mustaine previously revealed, the band decided to remove the bass tracks previously recorded by their now former bassist David Ellefson in the wake of him being let got from the band this past spring. Ellefson‘s firing came about after sexually explicit videos of him pleasuring himself leaked online. More details on that can be found here.

While it is unclear as of yet who has taken on the role as the band’s bassist, Mustaine did point the camera in his direction in the below new Cameo video—albeit with a mesh chair placed in between him and the camera. You can see that clip below:
