While Vext has made numerous headlines in the past year or so for domestic violence abuse allegations and his various controversial far-right political beliefs, he has been raising some eyebrows this weekend with an apparently far more recent venture.

This time around it’s the apparent release of his own name-brand CBD oil, which is being offered as ‘Zombie Drops’ in cranberry flavor. Vext shared the following post via his Instagram Stories:

Tommy Vext's Zombie Drops

Bad Wolves rose to initial fame off of the success of their cover of the The Cranberries‘ hit “Zombie“, releasing it on January 18th, 2018—just days after the January 15th, 2018 death of The Cranberries vocalist Dolores O’Riordan. O’Riordan herself had agreed to originally guest on the cover, but passed away before being able to track her parts.

Bad Wolves would later go on to donate at least $250,000 from the proceeds of the song to O’Riordan‘s family. Her surviving bandmates in The Cranberries however still felt that the track was released “a bit too soon” after O’Riordan‘s passing.
