Trapt Frontman Chris Taylor Brown Claims To Have Been Banned From Instagram

Trapt frontman Chris Taylor Brown is now claiming that Instagram have removed his personal profile @christaylorbrown from their social media platform. It is unclear as to what infraction earned him this apparent banning. Brown had amassed roughly 8100 followers on that platform. He commented via Twitter earlier today (November 20th):

Word of his profile’s apparent deletion follows the band’s official Facebook profile having been terminated by the service earlier this week for allegedly violating the platform’s Community Standards. Instagram is owned by Facebook. It is presumed that Brown‘s support of the Proud Boys on the platform violated the social media platform’s stance on hate speech. Brown said he plans to legally challenge the decision.
