Ozzy Osbourne Intends To Tour In 2022

Originally having been forced to scrap his touring plans amid complications from an injury he suffered in a fall and worsening symptoms of his his decade-plus battle against Parkinson’s Disease, Ozzy Osbourne now expects to return to the road in 2022.

His wife and manager Sharon Osbourne recently confirmed to Planet Rock that the British leg of his planned final world tour has since been rebooked for 2022. It is unclear if Judas Priest will still be joining him on that rescheduled run. Sharon commented:

“Everybody’s booking their tours again for like 2022, and to find availabilities right now, it’s crazy. Agents and facilities are going nuts, trying to get everybody back. It will be exciting. I think it will be a very exciting time when bands do go back and it’ll be joyous.”

She later continued:

Ozzy’s tour has been rebooked. The British tour, he’ll be back in ’22. You know, we just carry on as normal. We’ve been doing loads of TV shows here and you’ve got to just keep going until Ozzy can go back live.”

Ozzy‘s postponed North American leg was to find him out with Marilyn Manson as support. In the meantime, Ozzy has already begun work on the follow-up to this year’s “Ordinary Man“, having once again paired with producer/musician Andrew Watt for the outing.
