Limp Bizkit’s Wes Borland Sets April Release For His Eat The Day Project

The demos from Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland‘s previously abandoned Eat The Day project will officially see a release on April 08th. Borland confirmed the news while showing off some artwork for the release in the below social media post. The song will feature the demos of 8 tracks he originally began working on in the early 2000s.

The inability to find a suitable vocalist eventually spelled the end for the outfit, but not before an attempted merger with The Damning Well, who featured vocalist/guitarist Richard Patrick (Filter), drummer Josh Freese (The Vandals, ex-A Perfect Circle, etc.) and sampler/programmer Danny Lohner (ex-Nine Inch Nails, etc.) among their ranks.

Borland commented yesterday, March 28th, of the upcoming release:

“Just varnished the painting for the Eat The Day ‘The Demos’ album cover. Releasing Wednesday 4-8-20, which is also Passover. 8 tracks, just under one hour. Streaming and for download on all platforms. #eattheday #edisonsound #flyingheadmusic #theorchard”
