Light The Torch have commenced recording their new album this week with plans for a release later in the year. It is unclear if 36 Crazyfists drummer Kyle Baltus, who has been sitting in on drums for the band during recent live shows, will be laying down the percussion in the studio.
As previously reported, the band will embark on a dream tour for fans this spring, having been scheduled to open for Killswitch Engage and August Burns Red. Light The Torch frontman Howard Jones previously fronted Killswitch Engage and guested on Killswitch Engage‘s latest album “Atonement“.
