Limp Bizkit To Hit The Studio For New Album

Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland has revealed that the band plan to get back to work on their long-awaited new album in the very near future. In fact, according to Borland, the band were due to hit the studio last week until they were displaced and lost some gear in the California wildfires. According to a post made last weekend by the band’s frontman Fred Durst, his house was among those that went up in the blaze.

It is unclear if the outing will include material that has been worked on in recent years for the album, which has carried the tentative title of “Stampede Of The Disco Elephants“.

Borland commented of the band’s plans alongside the below video:

“Getting warmed up to actually make a brand new @limpbizkit album. We would have started last Saturday but were displaced by the fires and lost some gear. Getting back on our feet and in the studio within the week.”
