Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst’s House Reportedly Destroyed In California Wildfire, Tool & Filter Members Evacuated


The deadly wildfires that have been sweeping across Northern California this week have claimed the residences of some famous metal/hard rock musicians. Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst shared this Instagram story which featured an edited picture of himself that stated:

“When you wake up and your house has burned down, but you were able to salvage your chair and thermos and paddleball.”

Durst‘s Limp Bizkit bandmate Wes Borland appears to have lost gear and belongings in the fire as well, sharing the below post, which some believe to have been Durst‘s home.

Meanwhile, Tool guitarist Adam Jones and his family were evacuated with their house in danger of being destroyed:

Filter frontman Richard Patrick and his family, who reside in Thousand Oaks, were also evacuated in the fires, though appear to have since returned to the area.:
