Cause Of Death Revealed For Korn Frontman’s Wife Deven Davis

The cause of death of late Korn frontman Jonathan Davis‘ wife Deven Davis has been ruled to have been accidental. According to documents obtained by TMZ, she had traces of cocaine, heroin, clonazepam (aka Klonopin—a sedative for anxiety/seizures), topiramate (nerve pain medication) and fluoxetine (aka Prozac—a depression treatment) in her system at the time of her death on August 17th, 2018.

Jonathan and Deven had been estranged at the time of her death, with Jonathan having previously filed for divorce in October of 2016. TMZ previously reported that Jonathan had been in the process of filing a domestic violence restraining order against her around the time of his death. He had cited various examples of her alleged dangerous and irresponsible behavior tied to excessive drug use in his declaration at the time.
