Though Primus frontman/bassist Les Claypool mentioned that a vinyl box set is in the works for the band’s past releases, it would appear the two upcoming new vinyl pressings from their catalog due in November will be standalone. Both their 1993 platinum selling album “Pork Soda” and their 1997 outing “Brown Album” will be receiving new vinyl pressings on November 16th through Interscope.
Each will feature new remastering jobs done earlier this year. They will mark the label’s first vinyl pressing of “Pork Soda” since 1996, while the “Brown Album” was last pressed in 1997.
