Silent Planet Set November Release Date For New Album, Debut “Share The Body” Music Video

Silent Planet‘s new album “When The End Began” will officially meet a November 02nd release date. The band recently signed a deal with UNFD for that album, with the label to handle all territories outside of North America, where the effort will arrive on Solid State Records. Recording sessions for “When The End Began” took place with with producer Will Putney (Every Time I Die, Thy Art Is Murder). The cover art and track listing for the album were previously revealed here.

Along with the reveal of the album’s release date comes the below official music video for the latest single from it, “Share The Body“. The band’s frontman Garrett Russell said of that:

“‘Share The Body‘ explores the brutal opioid epidemic that is ravaging communities around the world. Approaching addiction from the inside-out, our song and video attempts to follow the genesis of addiction (pharmaceutical) all the way to narcotics and subsequent overdose.

Many of the lyrics and themes stem from conversations we’ve had at shows and online with our listeners. It’s our hope that this track starts difficult conversations, and inspires some who are struggling with addiction to open up and seek help.”
