As I Lay Dying Upgrade Venues For Various European Tour Stops Due To High Demand

It would seem that many European fans of As I Lay Dying are ready to forgive the band’s frontman Tim Lambesis as a number of venues on the band’s December European tour have been upgraded due to ‘high demand.’

As I Lay Dying‘s touring plans this year have had a question mark hanging over them as they are the first proper shows the outfit have booked since Lambesis infamously went to prison back in 2014. Lambesis went to jail after having pled guilty to a charge of solicitation of another to commit murder.

That charge came after he attempted to hire a hitman to kill his estranged wife in 2013. He was paroled in December of 2016 and went on to officially reunite with his former bandmates in the group, who announced their return earlier this year.

The revised schedule for As I Lay Dying‘s overseas tour now runs as follows:

12/01 Oberhausen, GER – Turbinenhalle
12/02 Eindhoven, NET – Dynamo
12/03 Antwerp, BEL – Zappa
12/04 Paris, FRA – La Maroquinerie
12/05 Aarau, SWI – Kiff
12/06 Bologna, ITA – Locomotive Club
12/07 Wien, AUT – Gasometer
12/08 Munchen, GER – Backstage (sold out)
12/09 Karlsruhe, GER – Substage (sold out)
12/10 Prague, CZE – Futurum
12/11 Warsaw, POL – Hydrozagadka
12/12 Berlin, GER – Kesselhaus
12/13 Hamburg, GER – Docks
12/14 Hannover, GER – Capitol
12/15 Leipzig, GER – Felsenkeller

The band’s first official tour back will precede this trek, having been booked for November in the United States.
