The Foo Fighters had some fun onstage with guests over this past weekend. Among them were Billy Idol and actor/musician John Travolta. Travolta was in attendance during the band’s April 28th show in Atlanta, GA and came onstage for a bow during the band’s partial cover of “You’re The One That I Want“—a song which he himself originally performed many years ago now with Olivia Newton-John for the film ‘Grease‘.
Idol meanwhile joined the band onstage the next night, April 29th, for a cover of John Lennon‘s “Gimmie Some Truth“. That pairing took place at this year’s ‘Welcome To Rockville‘ festival and fan-filmed footage of both can be found below. Travolta himself will soon be seen in a new film titled ‘Moose‘ that was directed by Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst. More on that can be found here.
