Marilyn Manson Speaks On Mending Fences With Trent Reznor, Drunken Escapades with Johnny Depp

Marilyn Manson and Zane Lowe had a conversation for Beats 1 Radio recently at a home owned by Johnny Depp. It’s a colorful and intimate conversation that finds Manson sharing tales of himself, Depp and Hunter S. Thompson attempting to relieve themselves on Depp‘s walk of fame star and the time he pulled a box cutter on his bandmate Tyler Bates while onstage that led to the latter quitting.

He also opens up a bit on the string of troubled shows, rehab and mending fences with Nine Inch NailsTrent Reznor, particularly around the recent release of ‘The Defiant Ones‘ TV series that in part focused on their one-time label head, Jimmy Iovine. When asked if he would like to ever collaborate with Reznor again, Manson offered:

“Absolutely, I mean we’re playing a show with them, and uhh… It’s two nights in a row, and we’ve been speaking about things. I don’t know what will happen. I would love to… I mean he taught me how to do a lot of things…”

He also later on went to express admiration for Rihanna as being ‘dangerous’ in the current musical scene. Of course his forthcoming album, “Heaven Upside Down“, which is out October 06th.
