Soundgarden/Audioslave, etc. frontman Chris Cornell‘s death has officially been ruled a suicide. According to The Associated Press, The Wayne County Medical Examiner has determined Cornell died as a result of “suicide by hanging.” Cornell was found dead in his room at the MGM Grand Detroit Hotel in Detroit, MI overnight after playing a show at the Fox Theatre yesterday, May 17th. He was 52-years-old.
