Trump & Hillary Engage In More Than Politics In Dope’s Video For Cover Of Ministry’s “Thieves”

Dope have released a video for their cover of Ministry‘s “Thieves” with a guest appearance from Combichrist vocalist Andy LaPlegua. The song is set for inclusion on Dope‘s next release, “Blood Money Part 2“, which is expected later in the year. Dope frontman Edsel Dope said of the video and it’s NSFW sexually charged political satire:

“Like many people, I wasn’t pro Hillary, nor was I pro Trump. I’m pro America and all of the politicians appear to be crooked in one way or another… As a result., we had a good time throwing all of them under the bus in this video.”

LaPlegua added:

“I’m not a fan of cover songs. When Edsel reached out to me about doing ‘Thieves‘ together I was really skeptical – but in the end I think we do the mighty Ministry justice… and I’m sure Uncle Al will love the video!”

Both Dope and Combichrist are out on the road now with September Mourning and Davey Suicide on this tour.
