Former Rotting Out frontman Walter Delgado is likely breathing easier in light of some recent news. Lambgoat have word that he is no longer facing deportation upon his release from prison in mid-November. Delgado is currently currently serving an 18 month prison sentence as a result of having pled guilty to third-degree felony possession charges.
Back in early 2016 he and a friend were arrested with around 70 pounds of marijuana and other substances which they were transporting in a van in Ohio. Word emerged last fall that the authorities were considering deporting Delgado from the United States upon his release, due to the quantity of drugs involved.
His friends and family soon banded together in a campaign to help influence the authorities against such an outcome and it appears they were successful.
