AC/DC made Forbes‘ annual top ten list of highest-paid musicians. The band landed at #7 on the list, raking in an estimated $67.5 million in 2016 (and some of 2015.) The Rolling Stones took home #8 with $66.5 million. As for #1, Taylor Swift, is thought to have pulled in $170 million via touring, album sales and a series of high profile endorsement deals. As Forbes note: “Our list measures pretax income from June 1, 2015, to June 1, 2016 before deducting management fees. Numbers are based on data from Pollstar, Nielsen and the RIAA, as well as interviews with managers, agents, lawyers—and some stars themselves.”
