Motograter Sign With Megadeth Bassist’s EMP Label Group

Motograter have signed a deal with Megadeth bassist David Ellefson‘s EMP Label Group. Plans are now being made for the release of the band’s new album, “Desolation“. The group recorded that with Ill Nino‘s Ahrue Luster while Joshua Wickman (Within The Ruins, King 810) mixed the effort. The album is the band’s first since their 2003 self-titled debut, which featured then vocalist Ivan Moody, who has since gained fame singing for Five Finger Death Punch. Motograter drummer Noah “Shark” Robertson said of the signing:

“We are honored and very proud to be working with David Ellefson, Thom Hazaert, and everyone else at EMP Label Group. We have fought tooth and nail to bring people new Motograter music. We can’t wait to unleash this voracious beast that is ‘Desolation‘ upon the masses.”
