New ‘DOOM’ Video Game’s Heavy Soundtrack Has A Fittingly Evil Easter Egg


The soundtrack to the newly released ‘DOOM‘ video game (a reboot of sorts of the pioneering first person shooter) is a surprisingly heavy blend of industrial leaning metal that pays homage to the likes of Nine Inch Nails and more. Composer Mick Gordon has went above and beyond with the tracks for the effort, enlisting a 9-string guitar and even going so far as to hide 666’s and a pentagram in a particular song, as seen above when viewed through a spectrogram of the track, as someone found out.
