Metallica are streaming a live version of their song “Frantic“. This performance of the song comes from the band’s June 11th, 2003 show at Le Bataclan in Paris, France. The Audio has since been mixed by Greg Fidelman (Slayer, Slipknot), who also been working with the group on their next album.
It will appear on their upcoming ‘Record Store Day‘ release, “Liberté, Egalité, Fraternité, Metallica!“, out this Saturday, April 16th. All proceeds from it will be donated to the victims of the November 2015 terrorist attacks in Paris, France via Fondation de France’s Give For France charity.
