Both Resistor and Resist LA have vacated their support spots on their newly announced fall U.S. tour with Southpaw FLHC. That trek was announced earlier this week, and is scheduled to launch on September 29th. Today, August 08th, both Resistor and Resist LA announced they had withdrawn from the trek, citing recent controversy. Resistor said this afternoon:
“We have been made aware of the current situation and have made the decision to pull out from our upcoming west coast tour.
We deeply apologize to everyone who was looking forward to seeing us on this run, and we promise we’ll be making it out to you as soon as possible in 2027.”
Resist LA stated:
“We have been made aware of the situation going on regarding our upcoming tour. We will be dropping the tour. Sorry to anyone that was coming out.”
The withdrawals from the tour come in light of renewed scrutiny online lately surrounding concerns of a Southpaw FLHC member apparently wearing merch from a brand alleged to have ties to Nazism earlier in the year. Those accusations have been circulating on social media for months now.
Today, on their Instagram, Southpaw FLHC were called out over the matter on social media and issued a reply directly to that concern. Speaking in the comments of this Instagram post about newly launched merch by the band, one Instagram user said to the group:
“so are you guys going to be collabing to release n*zi merch like the ones that your members like to wear and promote”
Southpaw FLHC issued the following denial over the matter:
“not a single person in this band is a nazi. DEAD that shit. Take a look at the history of this band , our music & music videos. You will quickly identify the fact that there are mixed races within our friend group. There are also mixed races within our band members. Take a look at the last collab on our page with @deathmetalpanther of @deathpanthermedia , you think my homie would be collabing if we were?”
Update : August 08th, 2026 04:16pm:
A venue on the tour, The Empire in Reno, NV, has canceled Southpaw FLHC‘s October 09th show altogether, stating today, “Canceled. We’re not with that shit in Reno. We’ll get the homies in @weareresistor and @resist_310 out soon enough though!”
Update #2: August 08th, 2026 05:50pm:
Arcline have announced they have dropped off their own leg of touring with Southpaw FLHC, stating the following today on their social media:
“We have made the decision to drop off this tour entirely.
Apologies and love to all the people behind the scenes who worked so hard and dedicated their time and efforts putting it all together.
We’ll make it up to y’all in 2027″
