Numerous metal musicians from the likes of Anthrax, Testament, Arch Enemy, Exodus and many more took to the stage together last night to celebrate today’s (September 18th) release of Metal Allegiance‘s self-titled debut album. That effort pairs the core musicians of Megadeth‘s David Ellefson, Testament‘s Alex Skolnick and Mike Portnoy of The Winery Dogs with just about everyone you can think of.
Last night’s set notably included a cover of the Misfits‘ “Last Caress” by real-life couple, Alissa White-Gluz of Arch Enemy and Doyle. It also boasted numerous covers of songs from the likes of Metallica, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Van Halen, etc. as well as original tracks, see some footage from that below:
