Attila frontman Chris ‘Fronzilla’ Fronzak has long faced criticism over his lyrical content being shallow, homophobic and more. The past has never found him shy of defending himself against the more severe allegations. Today he was active on his Facebook to once again brush off some more allegations:
“For the record- I’ve written PLENTY of meaningful Attila lyrics throughout the course of our career. Why do you not know this? Because you’ve probably only listened to our “popular songs”. I’m not trying to call you out, but I’ve written some pretty deep shit that nobody knows about because people are so quick to overlook those songs. I love ALL of our music equally, but the media only tends to shed light on my vulgar lyrics- Not the lyrics that I poured my heart into. I’m not mad at all, but if you don’t like Attila because of my lyrics, then you haven’t listened to a lot of our music”
