Attila frontman Chris Fronzak took the time to discuss the bands music and shows, which he now views as having become a lifestyle for the bands fans. Fronz being Fronz, there’s likely a thing or two said that will ruffle the feathers of some. You can find some excerpts below with the full video available at Altpress.com:
“We built something really great here with the band because we’ve created a whole entire lifestyle. Our fans are really, really supportive and they support us more than fans of any other band.”
“We’re almost like a drug dealer, but we’re selling a drug that no one else has right now. So if you like us, then you can only come to us to get what you like. So therefore our fans and our family, like our culture, has just become one big tight-knight family.
That’s why our shows continue to grow, we continue to sell out venues, we’re the only band doing what we’re doing. People are just starting to grow up and get tired of the same cookie cutter bullshit, so we’re just offering something different out there. More than anything I think that me and the band, we’re entertainers. We’re here to to entertain and make people have a good time.
“Whatever your opinion is of me or the band, I think that you should just come actually meet us. Or come to a show and see what it’s all about, because our shows are the most entertaining shows in this whole genre, I would say, to be honest. I think everyone leaves with a smile on their face and has a good time and I think more than anything Attila is just about forgetting your daily bullshit and like letting go for an hour and just having a great time.”
